Simply refer a friend to any of our specialist divisions – Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes, Lifestyle Homes, Summit Projects, Summit Home Improvements, Summit South West or Summit North West – and we’ll pay both you and your friend a referral bonus as soon as they start building with us!
We cater for all levels of the new home building experience, including:
- First Home Buyers
- Second & Third Home Buyers

- Knock Down and Build
- Investors and Developers
So there are many opportunities for you to refer a friend and for you to both receive the benefits.
If you refer 6 friends, and they all build with us, you’ll receive $10,000.
Even more, every friend you refer - and who then builds with us - will receive $1,000 too! That’s an easy $1,000 for your friends to use towards finishing their home or a housewarming party!
You must complete cheque #1 before you can use cheque #2. Only when you have completed cheque #2 can you use the next one, and so on, until all six cheques are completed in order.
So when your first friend builds a home with us*, you receive $1,000. When your second friend builds with us, you receive an additional $1,000. Your third friend will get you $2,000. Your fourth friend will see you receive another $2,000. When your fifth friend builds with us, you receive another $2,000. And when your sixth friend builds a home, it will earn you a final $2,000. That’s a potential return of $10,000.
* The Referral Bonus is only eligible to Summit Homes Group clients and is payable to both you and your friend as soon as they start building with the Summit Homes Group. Please note: the Referral Cheque must be presented before the referred client signs an agreement to build with Summit Homes Group.
